Crystal M. Duplay has dedicated her legal career to the field of Creditor’s Rights, representing clients in all facets of debt collection. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baldwin Wallace University and earned her Juris Doctor from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.
Crystal is a frequent speaker and published author on a wide range of debt collection topics. She currently serves as Secretary of the Ohio Creditor’s Attorney Association and is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA). She is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Wisconsin, and before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Crystal enjoys powerlifting, CrossFit, and ranked 3rd in her division at the 2024 Ohio State Olympic Weightlifting Championships. She also enjoys hiking with her Spanish Pointer, Tank.
