Joe Duggan is originally from Waterloo, Iowa. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Iowa in 2021 and received his Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School in 2024 with honors.
While in law school, Joe served as a member of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law, dedicated to the review of legal issues impacting the agricultural industry. He also gained practical experience clerking for two Des Moines, Iowa based civil litigation law firms.
Before joining the firm, Joe worked for an insurance defense litigation firm. He maintained a general insurance defense practice handling personal injury claims, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and property damage claims in both state and federal court.
