Frost Echols is pleased to announce another expansion, with the addition of an attorney in Iowa.
Joseph F. Duggan has joined Frost Echols. He is an honors graduate of the Drake University Law School. Licensed to practice in state and U.S. District Courts in Iowa, he will focus on civil litigation in Iowa and support the firm’s defense of our credit and collections industry clients.
While in law school, Joseph served as a law clerk at two law firms in the greater Des Moines area. Before attending Drake, he worked as a benefits administrator for companies across several industries.
Joseph earned a bachelor’s degree in political science at the University of Iowa. He joins firm co-founder Mike Frost in offering a range of legal services to Iowa clients.
