DALLAS, TX — Frost Echols, LLC announced today that Cooper Walker is now a Partner at the firm.
Cooper has spent his career defending corporate clients. His practice focuses on complex business disputes and the collection industry in both federal and state courts. He is experienced across all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, trial, and appeal.
Among his notable achievements, Cooper has secured trial and dispositive motion victories on behalf of clients and served as lead drafter in Conboy v. U.S. Small Business Administration, a precedential 2021 decision from the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Cooper earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he was inducted into the National Order of Scribes for exceptional legal writing. He is also a volunteer for the Texas Lawyers Assistance Program.
